Some people see tasks.
You see the whole system.

A semi-private community for operators, builders, data people, and gamers who think in systems. Always have.

This is a curated space for operators, builders, data people, and gamers who've always thought in systems (and always had the hours to prove it). Both parts of who you are belong here. No translation needed.

Entry is selective. That's the point.

Not sure if this is for you?

Take the test first.

Think! is a free cognitive profiling tool. 20 to 60 scenario-based questions; no self-report, no vague personality buckets. It reveals your dominant thinking styles from how you actually make decisions.

If your top result is Systems Thinking, you're in the right place. Every other result is still welcome. But this will tell you exactly what you're walking into.

What this community actually is

Three things happening here simultaneously. You pick your lane. Or all three.

Ops, Automation & Building

Real workflows, real projects. n8n, Make, APIs, pipelines. Honest feedback on unfinished work. People who ship; not people who talk about shipping.

Gaming

Coordinated nights, competitive sessions, casual runs. A crew that treats games the same way it treats work. Seriously.

AI Insights & Tooling

Models, prompts, agents, and what actually works in production. No hype. Just people running real experiments and sharing what they find.

How to get in

01

Apply below

Fill out the form. Takes about 2 minutes. Tell us who you are and what you're building (or playing).

02

We review

Not everyone gets in. No shame in that. This place only works if the baseline stays high. You'll hear back either way.

03

Discord access granted

Welcome link drops. Pick your roles, introduce yourself, and start poking around. The people here don't bite; they just ask better questions than you'd expect.

Heads up on access. Enrollment is open now, but that's evolving. As the community grows, open applications will close. After a certain point, getting in will require a personal invite or participation in a special enrollment event. If you're reading this and the form is live below, now is a good time to apply.

FAQ

Common questions

Three things. There are channels for ops, automation, and building (real workflows, tool breakdowns, project feedback). There are channels for gaming (coordinated sessions, party nights, competitive runs). And there are channels for AI tooling and experiments. You pick your lane. Most people end up in all three eventually.

You need to think in systems. That's the actual filter. Some members are engineers. Some are marketers who taught themselves n8n. Some are analysts who've been building spreadsheet systems since before it was called "ops". Some just want to improve their already overly complicated Minecraft farms and are looking for insights from the big brains. The credential doesn't matter. The way your brain works does.

Stag Season is a defined enrollment window during which applications become open. Outside of Stag Season, the only way in is a personal invite from an existing member or a special event. Right now enrollment is open. If the form is live on this page, you're in a window. Use it.

Depends on what you mean by "not really in ops or tech". If you think in systems, optimize naturally, and the gaming side resonates; there's probably a place for you. If you're looking purely for a gaming Discord with no interest in the builder side of things, this probably isn't the right room. There are better options for that.

Not at all. Gaming is part of the identity here, not an entry requirement. Plenty of members are builders first who happen to have a gaming background. The dual identity is the point of the community; you don't have to be active on both sides to belong.

Those are great communities with a specific focus. Pavilion is for senior revenue leaders. RevOps Co-op is for RevOps practitioners. Indie Hackers is for solo founders. TGS is the only one where the gaming identity is a feature, not something you leave at the door. It's also the only one where systems thinking across both work and play is the actual thread. If you're already in one of those and feel like something is missing; that's probably what's missing.

No. Access is free. That may change for certain tiers or features down the line, but the core community will always have a free entry point. You're not paying to get in; you're applying.

It means you're exactly who this was built for. Think! is the entry filter for TGS; a Systems Thinker result is the clearest signal we have that you'll find genuine value here. Mention it in your application. It won't get you in automatically, but it tells us a lot about how you process the world.
